Tonight I am going to record the pricing trends for the various crafting materials introduced in Warlords of Draenor.

Since it's been about 2 weeks since launch the very beginning data will soon not be shown in The Undermine Journal charts. This is my chance to record it for posterity.

I'll be showing the charts and giving some light commentary after the break.

I decided to have some fun with the exported data you can get from the Resources > Data Export page on WoWuction (example page).

In the chart above (and the data below) I used the .csv file and did some analysis to sort out the 50 most expensive transmog items based on 14-day Median Market Price.

I got the transmog items from our Giant Transmog List For TradeSkillMaster Import post. Read on past the jump for the list of items and prices.

It looks like my realm is planned to be connected in the future. How do I feel about this? For an altoholic like me it's kinda like Christmas!

A few of the things I get with a new realm connecting to mine:

• Ability to level 11 more alts while keeping them in my personal guild.
• Use alt leveling to level my Horde guild.
• Finally use all the heirlooms I've collected over the years.
• More alts with daily profession cooldowns to feed my main crafting alts.
• More buyers for my items.
• Fresh virgin inventory to buy in some of my favorite markets.
• Did I mention more alts?!

Yesterday we did a post entitled New Connected Realms - Population And Auction House Analysis where we analyzed some the statistics and economies of a few of the realms that became Connected Realms today.

In today's follow-up post I wanted to do a bit more analysis on the realm population of not only the Connected Realms but also World of Warcraft realm populations in general.

While analyzing the connected realms I was intrigued by what Blizzard be thinking when deciding to connect realms. Read on for more.

Since first hearing about "Connected Realms" many of us gold-makers have wondered if and when our realms would become connected and how that would effect our economies.

Tomorrow (October, 21 2013) some of the first realms will become "Connected Realms". This means that for all intents and purposes all essential game systems, including the auction house, will be shared between the Connected Realms.

TradeSkillMaster Custom Pricing Sources can be a bit complicated so today I thought I would share a few of my favorites as well as explain them thoroughly.

With the recent news that Activision Blizzard is buying back a controlling interest from Vivendi it was also made known that the current World of Warcraft world wide subscriber number is 7.7 million.

I came across this graphic made by redditor cat_trap who commented on this reddit thread related to the announcement.

Today we are going to be doing a deep-dive analysis on the phenomenon on what we are calling "item level jumps" in World of Warcaft. We will be looking at what they are, why they make some items more valuable than others.

Understanding the underlying principles behind item level jumps will help you better understand why certain flipping items are desired by players and why we can charge more for them. Head past the jump for more.

As I discussed on Episode 067 of the podcast I've been thinking about optimizing my flipping item auctions in order to help cut down my posting fees.

Today I'm going to be analyzing my own sales based on the item suffixes (...of the Invoker, ...of the Eagle, etc.) in order to see if I can eliminate any suffixes that are particular bad sellers. Read on past the jump for our research and analysis.

I originally wrote about World of Warcraft going Free-To-Play back in October of 2011 in a post entitled How To Boil A Frog - Thoughts On Tradable Blizzard Store Pets (we'll call that Part 1) .

With the recent announcement by Bashiok that Blizzard is looking to sell +100% XP Elixirs in "Asian regions" and that an in-game cash shop is coming in a future PTR I think it is safe to say that Blizzard is at least preparing for the possibility of World of Warcraft becoming free-to-play-like if not fully free-to-play.

We have been selling level 83-84 Mists of Pandaria items since one month into its release. Today we are going to share some of the sales data for those items that we have collected over the last 4-5 months.
